Position Available: Sales Associate
​Job Description:

We’re looking for someone who wants to truly be a part of the team and is accountable, enthusiastic, and allergic to saying, “that’s not my job.” We want a Sales Associate interested in gaining retail, team building, and custom product creation experience. This position involves learning screen printing, embroidery, custom product creation, and sales. Position includes overseeing holiday mall kiosk.

Must be a positive, personable, and know both the products and the process. We will definitely teach the Sales Associate all about our products, our story, and the processes.

This position will be 5:00 – 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday, 20 hours a week with the potential for more hours if wanted and later hours approaching the holidays. This is a living wage employment opportunity.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:
Opening and closing mall kiosk.
Greeting customers, responding to questions, upselling merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
* Kiosk inventory management.
* Handling payment.
* Kiosk product display arrangement
* Directing customers to our main store on 9th Street
* Informing customers that we offer custom screen printing, embroidery, vinyl, sublimation, and more.

 

Skills:
* High School Diploma
* Proficient with technology
* Organizational skills
* Problem-solving skills, including knowing when to ask for help
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
