A 2024 Good Food Award Winner, Lum Lum Thai Curry Peanut & Cashew Butter is handmade with High-Oleic Cordoba Runner Peanuts, Organic Fair Labor Cashews, Hubs Virginia Peanuts (for extra crunch), Organic Coconut Nectar, Thai Red Curry spice blend, and Jacobsen Sea Salt. Redolent of galangal and lemongrass, the spice blend at the heart of this nut butter also includes red chiles, coriander, paprika, lime peel, garlic, and shallots, all of which are freshly milled and hand-blended by our friends at The Spice House.
In Northern Thailand, “lum lum” is slang for “delicious,” and we think it’s the perfect way to describe this special Limited Batch nut butter.
